To our Wild Pony Express Bar family,

There are some messages that are incredibly difficult to write, and this is one of them.

After much prayer, reflection, and many emotional conversations, we've made the bittersweet decision to close this chapter of Wild Pony Express Bar as we prepare for the next season of our lives. When I started Wild Pony Express Bar, I never could have imagined where this journey would take us. What began as a dream quickly became so much more than a business. It became a part of who I am. It gave me the privilege of celebrating some of life's most meaningful moments alongside so many incredible people. We've had the honor of serving weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, fundraisers, corporate events, and celebrations of every kind. We've laughed with you, celebrated with you, cried like your momma when you walked down the aisle (lol, it's true), and in some cases, watched your families grow over the years. We've celebrated new beginnings, toasted lifelong friendships, and witnessed countless moments that remind us just how beautiful life can be. Those memories are gifts that I will carry with me forever. One chapter I'll never forget was navigating COVID. Like so many small businesses, we faced uncertainty and wondered what the future would hold. There were moments when it would have been easier to walk away, but because of your support, your encouragement, and your belief in us, we didn't. We adapted, we persevered, and together we came through stronger than ever. That season taught me that this business wasn't built on cocktails or events—it was built on relationships, trust, and an incredible community that refused to let us give up. 

 

To every client who trusted us with one of the biggest days of your life—thank you.

 

To every venue that welcomed us through your doors and became not just partners, but friends—thank you.

 

To every fellow vendor who worked beside us, every friend who shared our posts, referred our business, cheered us on, or simply believed in us when we needed it most—thank you from the bottom of my heart.

 

You helped build something that became so much bigger than a mobile bar. Together, we created experiences, celebrated milestones, and made memories that I will treasure for the rest of my life.

 

Please know that while we are no longer accepting new bookings, every event already booked with us through 2026 and into 2027 will absolutely be honored. If you've entrusted us with your wedding, celebration, or special event, nothing changes. You will receive the same dedication, attention to detail, and heartfelt service that Wild Pony Express Bar has always been known for. We are committed to finishing this journey exactly the way we started it—with passion, professionalism, and our whole hearts.

This decision wasn't made because I stopped loving this business. Quite the opposite.

Wild Pony Express Bar has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. It challenged me, shaped me, introduced me to lifelong friends, and allowed me to do work that filled my heart. It gave me a front-row seat to some of life's happiest moments, and I will never stop being grateful for every single person who allowed us to be part of those memories.

As hard as it is to say goodbye, I truly believe life is made up of seasons. Sometimes we're called to hold on, and sometimes we're called to step forward into something new. While I don't know exactly what this next chapter holds, I know this one has prepared me for it.

To everyone who has supported Wild Pony Express Bar over the years, thank you for believing in a dream that became so much more than I ever imagined.
